Perfumes non-verbally express a lot about a person’s persona, and for opulent class, it is status symbol for sure. We have earlier told you about the most expensive perfumes in the world, and now the well-known French fashion house Givenchy has rolled out a sensuous fragrance for women named as Dahlia Noir. The perfume has a floral fragrance and the first fragrance developed under the creative direction of Riccardo Tisci.
The perfume is developed in collaboration with the famous house of Baccarat. The fragrance has a captivating woody note that indicates graceful power of a woman. Other than the feminine fragrance, the bottle in which the perfume is kept is one of the best features of the range.
The bottle is completely made of fine crystals crafted with the legendary fine crystal maker Baccarat, founded in 1764. The bottle is based on the Fabien Baron-designed Dahlia Noir bottle with a dagger-shaped cap in black color. The company used dragger cap to pay homage to the tradition of applying perfume with a crystal cap in gone days. The bottle is packed in an elegant lacquered box with insides covered in mirrors to give it a complete feminine look.
The bottles are limited to only 200, and will be available at luxury specialty retail department store in U.S. Neiman Marcus which received the ‘#1′ to ‘#35′ of the bottles. The 50ml bottle of the perfume costs whopping $1,500. (Via…)
