Jordan Brand 2015 "Laser" Pack

Jordan Brand will launch the three-shoe Laser Pack during NBA All-Star Weekend, with each shoe of the trio set to pay homage to not only a timeless Jordan silhouette, but also a timeless Michael Jordan moment from his career. The Laser Pack includes the  Air Jordan I, a laser-engraved celebration of the brands seminal sneaker; the Air Jordan IV, a throwback to the early-to-mid 2000s; and Air Jordan XX, which marks ten years since Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith got together with the man himself to design the original. This is Jordan Brand’s 30th anniversary, which the brand will celebrate in New York City at the 166 Flatbush pop-up from February 13 to 16.

Nike Air Flare White/Black

Long in the shadows of other configurations like the Air Tech Challenge II and the Air Challenge Huarache, Andre Agassi’s Air Flare is set to make its return from Nike this spring. Originally released back in 1994 and worn by the tennis great as he took home the men’s singles title at that year’s US Open, the Air Flare’s 2015 retro stays true to the original and couples an Air-cushioned midsole with an upper that definitely gives that 90’s feel.  Stay tuned for the release date…

“Are we going to see power laces in 2015? To that, I say yes.”

-Tinker Hatfield

In an instance of life imitating art, a Nike exec confirmed that the company is working on getting its Marty McFly “Back to the Future” shoe — with Power Laces — out to customers in 2015, the year that they first appeared in the classic flick Back to the Future II.

Speaking at a trade show in Long Beach, California, on Monday, Nike’s innovation chief Tinker Hatfield said the shoe — known as Nike Air MAG — would hit in 2015. He declined to give a release date or pricing info and distribution info, reminding the crowd that there are still “11 and two-thirds months left in 2015,”.  Stay tuned…

air jordan 10 chicago 00

In 2012 Nike released a retro version of the Air Jordan X “Chicago” (also known as the Double Nickel) that was missing the 45 on the heel.  2015 will see them correct this, as the colorway that Jordan wore when he dropped 55 against the Knicks will re-release on Saturday, March 28 as a part of the remastered retro Jordans.
