The sale price was $6 million, or $593 per square foot. Prior to the sale, the listing price had been as high as $10 million.

Special features include three protected boat slips in the home’s private harbor, a dock, rooftop terrace, covered patio, pool and spa, a four-car garage and a carport for an additional six cars. Taxes for 2008 were $130,065 and did not reflect a homestead exemption.
